Danish winemaker Uffe Deichmann makes lo-fi wines using fruit sourced from low yielding and sustainably managed sites in Mclaren Vale and Adelaide Hills, SA.

The name (pronounced pop-el-vei) is named after the street on which Uffe grew up. Vej is the Danish word for street and popped trae us Danish for poplar tree.
