Notices regarding special business to be discussed at the Annual General Meeting must be received no later than 21 days prior, being Wednesday 10th September 2025.
Members wishing to ask questions are requested to lodge them in writing to info@denmarkhouse.com.au no later than Friday the 26th of September 2025.
Please ensure your 2025/2026 membership has been renewed as only financial members are able to attend the Annual General Meeting.
The final agenda, including any special business will be circulated in the week prior to the meeting.
A complimentary meal will be served following the meeting. Drinks at bar prices.
