To celebrate Easter, our classic buffet takes a fresh, Danish-spring-inspired turn – featuring a special selection of pickled herring, traditional Easter favourites, and a roast lamb centrepiece, alongside much-loved staples like gravad laks, crumbed fish with remoulade, meatballs, and more. Finish on a sweet note with Easter treats, including chocolate eggs, plus dessert, tea & coffee.
