Fastelavn 2026 @ The swedish church

Join us in costume for the 2026 Fastelavn celebration at Toorak House. The day will include a church service, Danish-style hotdogs and lollies, and the traditional tøndeslagning (beating the cat out of the barrel).

In 2026, the Danish Club Dannebrog is again pleased to offer children of members free enrolment with the Danish School Down Under. Representatives from the school will be present at the Fastelavn event on 8 February to answer questions and assist with enrolments. Members who are unable to attend Fastelavn are welcome to contact the school directly, with further information available on the Danish School Down Under website.
